TERMS & CONDITIONS Just ‘U’ Me & Perth Tours shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, loss of personal property or damage to passengers or their belongings whilst on tour with us.Any additional optional or suggested tours or activities are the responsibility of the passenger. Tours may be subject to change or cancellation without notice due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, and upon cancellation a full refund shall apply. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to tour, less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle with an alternative in the event of a breakdown. We are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times and are not liable for any failure to make future connections with any other service. All prices are inclusive of GST. We recommend you have valid Comprehensive Travel Insurance.
